All cancellations and reschedules must be notified over email.
A) CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES BY CANDIDATES
- All cancellation and reschedule requests must be notified over email.
- Requests received less than 48 hours to the training start date
– No Refund
– Reschedule at additional cost of USD 50 (India) / USD 100 (Rest of the World)
-Substitutions are allowed at no extra charges
- Requests received greater than 48 hours to the training start date
– 50% Refund
– Reschedule at no cost
– Substitutions are allowed at no extra charges
- If a student attend one or more class and then asks for a reschedule
- Reschedule will be given at additional cost of USD 50 (India) / USD 100 (Rest of the World)
- At all times, only one reschedule is permissible per student.
- If you do not notify in writing about your cancellation or reschedule, or do not attend the training, you would not be offered a refund, nor the option to reschedule
B) CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES BY INTERACTIVE LEARNING SOLUTIONS
- Interactive learning reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class at any time, including but not limited to, insufficient registrations, trainer unavailability, or if the trainer could not attend due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Interactive learning is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled class.
- Candidates would not be charged for the training and would be offered full credit to a future workshop or full refund as per the wish of the candidate.
